Virtual Beach Clean Success!
BOOM! What a huge success our first ever Virtual Beach Clean was last weekend! It was awesome to see so many people get involved and as a result lots of beaches cleaned all over the world. Check out the collage below, showing all the effort we put in together over the weekend in Miami, Crete, Dublin, Brighton, Devon, Cornwall, Golfe Juan, Palma & Antibes.
A big THANK YOU goes to everyone involved! We're incredibly proud to have virtually brought everyone together and accomplish something so positive during these strange and difficult times in the world.
The event organiser, Lydia Moss, comments:
“We have been organising beach cleans in France for over a year now and so many wonderful people have either attended themselves or told a friend. A lot of people collect litter on their own every week and have done for years, however bringing the beach cleans to a virtual platform where everyone is welcome has built another community within Global Services, connecting us with people around the world who care just as much about the planets future as we do. Very pleased with what we have achieved so far and I'm already looking forward to reaching further and connecting with more people next time.”
