As part of our promise to always help make your life simple, we are making a change to the way we let you know some of the costs of getting your items. As of Monday 7th September 2020, our Yachting customers will see something new on their quotes - a Fulfilment Cost.
No one wants to spend time going over lines of expenses either at the time of quoting, or when an invoice is received, so we have put them in one easy to see place which means that you can spend more time doing the things you need to do.
The Fulfilment Cost covers the following:
Inbound Shipping
Outbound Shipping
Packing & Handling
Insurance
Wire Transfer Fee
Customs & Duty
There are some things that the Fulfilment Cost does not cover and will appear as an individual cost. These are:
An Express shipment to Europe - £25.00
An Express shipment to the rest of the world - to be quoted
A Dedicated Vehicle shipment – to be quoted
Bespoke Crating – to be quoted
