Doug joined Global back when the companies HQ was a garden shed, and has looked after Global Services IT & Facilities for many years. More recently, Doug was appointed Operations Director and now oversees all areas of the company. In his spare time, he’s either looking to book holidays or catching up on the latest TV series!
Jo Allerton
Finance & HR Director
Jo joined the company in the summer of 2011 and spent 8 years heading up the accounts team before becoming Finance & HR Director at the end of 2021. Her role oversees the financial and strategic position of the company. Outside of work Jo has 2 young energetic boys who share a love of automobiles and the great outdoors. When she can steal some time for herself you’ll either find her dining with friends or curled up with a good book or two.
Lloyd Tucker
Assistant Head of New Builds
Lloyd joined Global in 2013. As Assistant Head of New Build, Lloyd is utilising his experience to oversee all areas of the Newbuild department. Outside work, Lloyd enjoys watching football, visiting the pub and spending time with his young sons.
Harriet Fancy
Assistant Head of Yachting Operations
With many years’ experience in customer service, Harriet has slotted perfectly into life here at Global Services. Since joining the company in 2019, Harriet has swiftly progressed from being a Relationship Manager to Assistant Head of Yachting. Harriet loves what she states is “such a fast-paced role”, overseeing all customer activities and meeting the needs of all our operational customers. Harriet spends her free time eating out, shopping and spending time with her friends and family.

Melissa Taylor
Assistant Head of Yachting Sales
Mel started Global Services in July 2018, managing Operational Accounts and supporting their engineering and deck needs. Her vast experience of working with key & executive clients means she is well equipped in providing great service whilst being prompt and diligent. Mel can be found getting involved in anything social - especially if it involves eating and drinking!

Olivia Woodward
Project Manager
Olivia started her superyacht career on deck on board superyachts in 2014 – in a variety of roles on a variety of vessels, ranging from 34m S/Y up to 134m M/Y and almost everything in between! She started as a chamois technician, eventually working her way up to Chase Captain of a large chase boat. She hung up her chamois mop in early 2022, when she brought her skills and knowledge shore based to join the Global Services family. In her spare time, she loves fly fishing, camping and trying new restaurants with friends and family.

Corinne Richards
Relationship Manager
Joining Global in 2006 Corinne has developed her roll as interior and galley specialist working with clients on operational yachts and newbuild projects. A passion for getting the right item for the right client she loves sourcing that special item be it luxury toiletries product or specialist galley tool. Homelife runs around looking after her young grandchildren, singing in a local choir, good eating out and cinema.

Jade Mitchell
Relationship Manager
Jade joined Global in 2023 as a Relationship Manager in the Superyacht division. Previously working as a Recruitment Consultant, Customer Service and Bespoke item contact for the clothing industry, Jade brings with her a real passion for her customers and clients, providing them with a personable, efficient, and honest service. Outside of work, in the summer you can find Jade on the Cornish Coast with her surfboard and in the winter hibernating at home with her Golden Retriever, Buddy, watching a Netflix documentary with a large glass of shiraz!

Fran’s career path has taken her from classrooms and laboratories, to project management and sales pitches, before finally bringing her to Global Services in early 2023. Outside of work, Fran can usually be found wherever the food can be found, or seeking out bargain flights to plan her next holiday.
