Doug joined Global back when the companies HQ was a garden shed, and has looked after Global Services IT & Facilities for many years. More recently, Doug was appointed Operations Director and now oversees all areas of the company. In his spare time, he’s either looking to book holidays or catching up on the latest TV series!
Jo Allerton
Finance & HR Director
Jo joined the company in the summer of 2011 and spent 8 years heading up the accounts team before becoming Finance & HR Director at the end of 2021. Her role oversees the financial and strategic position of the company. Outside of work Jo has 2 young energetic boys who share a love of automobiles and the great outdoors. When she can steal some time for herself you’ll either find her dining with friends or curled up with a good book or two.
Lloyd Tucker
Head of New Builds
Lloyd joined Global in 2013. As Assistant Head of New Build, Lloyd is utilising his experience to oversee all areas of the Newbuild department. Outside work, Lloyd enjoys watching football, visiting the pub and spending time with his young sons.
Harriet Fancy
Head of Sales Operations & Purchasing
With many years’ experience in customer service, Harriet has slotted perfectly into life here at Global Services. Since joining the company in 2019, Harriet swiftly progressed from being a Relationship Manager to Assistant Head of Yachting to Head of Sales Operations & Purchasing, now leading the Sales support team. Harriet loves what she states is “such a fast-paced role”, overseeing all customer activities and meeting the needs of all our operational customers. Harriet spends her free time eating out, shopping and spending time with her friends and family.

Melissa Taylor
Head of Yachting
Mel started working as an Account Manager at Global in 2018, managing our key accounts, dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships. Mel now leads our Yachting division, overseeing the team of Account Managers, when she’s not at Global HQ in Devon or out & about visiting clients in the Med, you’ll likely find her keeping active with anything fitness/outdoors related.

Corinne Richards
Relationship Manager
Joining Global in 2006 Corinne has developed her roll as interior and galley specialist working with clients on operational yachts and newbuild projects. A passion for getting the right item for the right client she loves sourcing that special item be it luxury toiletries product or specialist galley tool. Homelife runs around looking after her young grandchildren, singing in a local choir, good eating out and cinema.

Leveraging his extensive experience as a ship captain and marine mechanic, Carlos brings valuable insights and expertise to his role. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his friends and dogs, and his passion for sailing.
