The Global Beach Clean
Let's all be Globally Considerate!
Last Friday (31st May) marked a very important day for Global and our new quest to be ‘Globally Considerate’. We hosted our first beach clean on Plage Du Ponteil, Antibes, and it was a great success! We were joined by crew and other yachting professionals to help pick up litter and get rid of rubbish, with the ultimate goal of raising awareness for the importance of clean beaches & clean seas. A massive thank you goes to everyone who joined us - see our pictures below.
Beach cleans are just one of our initiatives to our ‘Globally Considerate’ campaign, a campaign which addresses a huge topic in the industry surrounding the damage that plastic & rubbish does to our beaches and seas. We are going to be hosting more of these events in an attempt for a greener environment! Keep your eyes peeled because the next event might be held in France, Palma or the UK
