Doug joined Global back when the companies HQ was a garden shed, and has looked after Global Services IT & Facilities many years. More recently, Doug was appointed Operations Director and now oversees all areas of the company. In his spare time, he’s either looking to book holidays or catching up on the latest TV series!

Jo Allerton
Finance & HR Director
Jo joined the company in the summer of 2011 and spent 8 years heading up the accounts team before becoming Finance & HR Director at the end of 2021. Her role oversees the financial and strategic position of the company. Outside of work Jo has 2 young energetic boys who share a love of automobiles and the great outdoors. When she can steal some time for herself you’ll either find her dining with friends or curled up with a good book or two.
Chris Humphreys
Head of Commercial
Having worked as a consultant to Global Services for 4 years, Chris decided he loved the company so much he twisted our arms to allow him to join us permanently! He joined us in September 2022 to head up our Operational Development and People drive. Previously, Chris spent 18 years in b2b advertising sales and a further 14 years earning his OD, people and business coaching stripes across the commercial sector from retail to banking. He is co-originator of the RAISE approach to personal and business development, and performance, as well as the ‘Going the Extra Mile’ operating model for engaging workforces and sales teams to grow sustainable profit. He has authored three books in these fields. Chris is also a qualified counsellor and cognitive behavioural therapist. Outside work, he runs one of the largest community choirs in the country, hosting regular choral fundraising concerts and events and enjoys languishing mid-table in the Global Services fantasy football league.

Sarah Adams
Customer Service Specialist
Sarah joined Global in 2007 and has worked in both the Yachting and Commercial departments. Outside of work I like to run Ultra Marathons, my longest so far being 117 miles.
Tom Williams
Relationship Manager
Tom has 13 years of managerial experience in the hospitality sector, mainly in the theme park world. He decided to change his path and pursue a career in the superyacht industry. Tom joined Global Services in March 2022 in as a Relationship Manager.
