A Brief History
Global’s Commercial division was born after Global Services adopted an experienced procurement department of a UK based marine engineering company in October 2016. The procurement division have collated 20 years’ experience in sourcing, purchasing and shipping spare parts, items and equipment for commercial vessels worldwide.
The commercial division, based in Southampton, UK, are now part of the Global Services family, focusing on supporting commercial vessels using Global’s traditional high quality array of services and the ‘making life simple’ ethos.
We now have a team of eight specialists who are quoting, sourcing and ordering on a daily basis for all of our key accounts. We have a team of four in the warehouse packing and ensuring delivery is made in good order and on time.
