We’re Hiring! Sales Coordinator

With the company continuing to grow, we are expanding our sales team and so we are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us in Exeter.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Providing vital support to the sales team in all aspects of the sales and customer service.
  • Dealing with the progression of orders with suppliers.
  • Working towards achieving all your key performance indicators.
  • Data input and information management.
  • Providing progress reports to the customer account managers.
  • Work alongside the rest of the sales team to ensure the best service is being offered.
  • Attending company trade shows (when required).
  • Report to the Sales Manager – Yachting.

What we would like from you…

  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, customer service or purchasing role.
  • Brilliant organising ability so you get the most from your day and are highly productive.
  • To be obsessive about getting the detail right.
  • To develop transferable skills across the business.
  • IT literate with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems.
